Quick Spindle Positioning by Deceleration at Maximum Torque
Optimum Orientation
Simplifies parameter tuning for spindle orientation, and shortens orientation time by decelerating at a maximum torque even when load inertia changes.

Block Diagram
Features:
- Optimum Orientation automatically determines a maximum acceleration for deceleration, eliminating the need for tuning of acceleration parameters.
- The acceleration for deceleration is calculated whenever an orientation command is given. This permits deceleration at a maximum torque even when load inertia changes at work piece/tool changes, achieving the shortest orientation time.
- Optimum Orientation can be used on the αiSP series and the βiSVSP series amplifiers, in combination with 30i series, 16i series, and 0i series CNC.
