FANUC ROBOCUT α-iD series
ROBOCUT α-iD series comes with a new CNC, casting and wire traveling system to improve its speed and precision. FANUC added ROBOCUT α-1iDp, a mid-sized linear motor, to its line-up for higher precision machining.

Features the latest high performance CNC FS 310is-WA
The ROBOCUT α-iD series is controlled by the latest CNC FS 310is-WA, which features 4 times faster computation than the existing models. Imaging speed has also been improved to 10 times over the existing models. The ROBOCUT comes with a large 15" LCD touch panel display screen for ease-of-operation. USB memory can be used to facilitate program input/output.
Twin Servo Wire Tension Control
FANUC developed a Twin Servo Wire Tension Control function, which uses servo motors to control wire tension and wire feeding. By applying FANUC's digital servo technology to the wire feeding system, variation in tension has greatly been reduced to less than one fourth of the previous model, resulting in stable high-speed & high-precision machining.
Enlarged Table Stroke
To machine one size larger workpieces, the XY table stroke of the ROBOCUT has been enhanced to 370x270mm for the small-sized types, 0iD, 0iDp and 0iDe, and to 600x400mm, the largest in its class, for the mid-sized types, 1iD, 1iDp and 1iDe.
