3D Laser Vision Sensor / Bin-Picking
Robot can handle workpieces that are randomly piled by using 3D Laser Vision sensor. Since alignment work, a special parts feeder, and an alignment pallete are not required, an automatic system can be constructed at low cost.
Force Sensor / Parts fitting and insertion
Robot can do precise fitting and insertion of machine parts by using force sensor. It can insert parts that have the phases after matching their phases in addition to simply inserting them. It can automate high-skill jobs.
Highly sensitive collision detection
This function immediately detects interference between the hand or arm of the robot and its surroundings and performs an emergent stop. The function prevents the robot or workpiece from being serious damage by interference, enabling immediate recovery of production. Automatic recovery from interference is also possible.
ROBOTLINK simultaneous motion
ROBOTLINK allows collaborative job by multi-arms together, so as to handle or to transport a longer workpiece or a heavier workpiece. Special transfer machine can be replaced.
Cartesian softfloat
The robot detects the external force and can follow to the force direction. Unloading a work piece from die-cast machine, the robot handles the workpiece flexibly ejected.
Constant path function
This function keeps the operation path of the robot at corners constant even when the override value is changed. It is possible to execute a program with an override value of 100% immediately after checking the operation path with a low override value. The function allows the operator to change the type of the workpiece in a short time by greatly reducing the program teaching time.
