In the SC series, the tie bar spacing and clamping stroke were substantially increased.
This series can accommodate larger molds than conventional models, and can be applicable for higher cavitation molds, as well as produce parts with greater depth.
The design around the ejector has been renewed to greatly improve efficiency of work such as attaching/detaching ejector pins or sensors, and mold maintenance.
Enhanced Productivity by High-Speed Motion
By increasing the speed of the opening/closing of molds and ejecting products, the cycle time is reduced.
A large variety of functions has been equipped as standard, including automatic adjustment of the clamping force during molding, and detection of the minimum clamping force, leading to high-speed, high-precision clamping.
The ROBOSHOT SC series contributes to improving productivity in customers’ factories.
