ROBOCUT New function: Discharge Control iPulse3 Enhancement for High Precision Machining on Stepped shape work piece

When machining a mold component, the work piece thickness often varies depending on the area.

When the same machining conditions are applied uniformly, dimensional variations occur because of differences in the thickness.

To address this issue, FANUC has enhanced the discharge control iPulse3 of the ROBOCUT α‑Ci Series and added a function that automatically optimizes machining parameters to suit the thickness of the part being machined. With this function, high‑precision machining is achieved regardless of the thickness variations.
