EMO2025
EMO 2025 was held in Hanover, Germany, over five days from September 22 (Mon) to September 26 (Fri), 2025. With approximately 80,000 visitors, the event was bustling with activity each day.
In FANUC’s booth, a large cube-shaped display was positioned in the center, with numerous displays arranged radiating outward, consisting of FANUC’s latest products and technologies of FA, ROBOT, ROBOMACHINE and SERVICE.


The FA corner focused on displaying the 500i-A and αi-D SERVO systems. Also on display was a live demonstration of Surface Estimation showcasing digital twin technology, and sample models of our new open-frame LCD and MDI, designed to improve customer customization options. The cube-shaped display at the center showed striking visuals of the Series 500i-A, drawing much attention from visitors.



In the ROBOT section, a wide range of automation systems tailored to various applications, such as machining, assembly and material handling, were presented. Highlights included wet machining with the M-810, gigacast part picking with the M-1000, and remote operation using LR Mate and M-20, all featuring FANUC’s latest robot technologies and attracting large crowds daily.



In the ROBOMACHINE section, the new model ROBODRILL D74CS was on display. Besides reduction in cycle time, improvements in the thermal displacement compensation function and chip removal performance through mechanical structure enhancements garnered much attention. Additionally, workpiece exchange was demonstrated using one ROBODRILL and one ROBOCUT each combined with a CRX collaborative robot.



In the SERVICE section, the convenience of FANUC’s service was introduced through live demonstrations and promotional videos of MyFANUC. Also, new service plans which FANUC Europe has begun to introduce in Europe, were shown, such as FANUC Care, which allows customers themselves to customize their own support packages.
Furthermore, reflecting our approach to make customers feel that they can use FANUC products anywhere in the world with a sense of assurance, our fulfilled training facilities were highlighted.


On the eve of September 22 (Mon), FANUC hosted a customer event, which welcomed many guests not only from Europe and Japan, but also from the United States and other Asian countries. After a speech by President Yamaguchi and a toast by Special Advisor Inaba, guests enjoyed conversations while savoring the food with a glass of wine in hand.
