From the end of summer through the brief autumn season, birds which are not commonly seen - perhaps just passing through during migration - visited the forests of FANUC.
Japanese Grosbeak
Recognizable by its large, bright yellow beak.
Asian Brown Flycatcher
Among the many grey-streaked flycatchers seen this summer, one photo happened to capture this charming bird with a small body and large, expressive eyes.
Black-Tailed Gull
How it made its way to the inland village of Oshino, far from the sea, remains a mystery. On this day, it was spotted strolling gracefully.
