We have introduced FIELD system Basic Package as a data infrastructure for our in-house factories and are using it at various factories, achieving benefits such as reducing short-term machine stops and improving operational efficiency.

Use as Andon by gathering on-factory machines, production, and work data on one screen
FIELD system Basic Package's Factory Visualizer function allows to create dashboard screens tailored to user needs, which allow us to understand production numbers and improve utilization rates.
At our company, we use it as Andon display to understand the operating status of factory machine and production forecasts and actual results in real time and analyze them over time.

Record the details of regular machine inspections and use them to create maintenance plans and improve operation rates
We use the machine information management function of FIELD system Basic Package to manage machine inspection implementation. We scan QR codes attached to machine, enter inspection details, and manage machine inspection results.
Our company manages over 1,000 inspection items at one factory. In the future, we will also be able to manage repair history information.

Achieving visibility across multiple manufacturing processes
At our factory, each building and production line is equipped with a variety of machine, including machine tools, robots, and peripheral devices, and the production methods are also different. This made it difficult to grasp the operating status of each production line.
